Two employees harmed in construction mishap in North Miami Beach
On Monday morning, there was a construction site incident in North Miami Beach that resulted in two workers being taken to the hospital. The Miami-Dade Fire Rescue reported that the accident occurred at a construction site on NE 163 Street and Biscayne Boulevard. Initially thought to be a fall from scaffolding by North Miami Beach police, the incident was classified as a medical emergency, possibly due to a mechanical issue on site. The injured workers were transported to HCA Florida Aventura Hospital, where one individual was in critical condition with life-threatening injuries.
