Troopers probe fatal crash that claimed lives of 3 teens in Apopka on Sunday
The Florida Highway Patrol is currently looking into a car accident that occurred in Apopka which resulted in the tragic deaths of three teenagers and injuries to three others on Sunday. The accident took place when a 2020 Chevrolet Silverado traveling on Welch Road veered off the road, hit a tree, and flipped over. The driver and two passengers were taken to the hospital with serious injuries, while two passengers were declared dead at the scene and one more at the hospital later on. The authorities are still investigating the circumstances surrounding the crash.
