Tragic Crash Claims Life of 10-Year-Old

A tragic incident occurred on Saturday morning in Grady County, Oklahoma, resulting in the loss of a 10-year-old child's life. According to the Oklahoma Highway Patrol, the crash occurred near Highway 152 and County Street 2760 around 10:30 a.m. The report stated that a vehicle veered off the road, striking a bridge rail, which caused the 10-year-old passenger from Moore to be ejected from the vehicle as it overturned. Both the driver and the child were not wearing seatbelts at the time of the crash. Another vehicle attempted to avoid the accident but was unfortunately struck by the first vehicle. Fortunately, the occupants of the second vehicle, who were wearing seatbelts, were unharmed. Notably, this area had previously been the site of a serious crash involving members of the Minco High School softball team earlier in September.
