Traffic accident shuts down westbound I-96 by Howell
Michigan State Police reported that all lanes heading west on Interstate 96 in Livingston County, near Howell, were shut down on Wednesday afternoon due to a crash involving multiple vehicles. The incident occurred around 2 p.m. close to Pinckney Road in Marion Township, and as of 2:45 p.m., the highway remained closed. According to reports from the Michigan Department of Transportation, a single passenger vehicle and two semi-trucks were part of the crash.
