Stepdaughter's Stepfather Believes in Her Innocence
During her initial court appearance last Wednesday, twenty-year-old Jazmin Shope was officially charged with four counts of vehicular manslaughter stemming from a tragic accident in April. Allegedly driving a Ford Taurus at high speeds, Shope collided with another vehicle in Delray Beach, resulting in the death of four individuals. After voluntarily surrendering herself last week, she and her passenger were hospitalized with serious injuries, while the occupants of the other vehicle did not survive the crash. Despite the shocking timing of her arrest, her stepfather expressed sadness for all those impacted and emphasized the importance of facts being revealed during her upcoming trial.
