In Greensville County, Virginia, a serious four-vehicle accident occurred on Interstate 95 on Monday afternoon, resulting in one person sustaining serious injuries and three others being transported to the hospital. The incident took place around 2:38 p.m. near Mitchell's Mill Road (mile marker 3) on I-95. According to Virginia State Police, the crash was caused by a driver rear-ending another vehicle, setting off a chain reaction involving two more vehicles. The driver responsible for the crash was airlifted to VCU Medical Center with serious injuries, while the other drivers were taken to a nearby hospital in Emporia. The authorities are currently investigating the circumstances of the accident.
