School employee hit by car
Students at Pembroke Hill Elementary School were dismissed early on Tuesday when a teacher was hit by a car during arrival time. The incident occurred at 8 a.m., but thankfully none of the students were harmed. The teacher sustained injuries but is in stable condition and receiving medical treatment. According to school officials, the teacher's injuries are not life-threatening and may require some time to recover. To provide support to those involved, the students were sent home early, and the school will resume its normal schedule on Wednesday.
