School bus crash injures at least 4 on Route 460 in Appomattox
A school bus crash in Appomattox County on Friday afternoon left at least four people injured, including a child, according to Virginia State Police. The incident involved multiple vehicles, including a tractor-trailer and a pickup truck. The collision occurred around 4:30 p.m. on Route 460, resulting in the pickup truck overturning and striking a child who had just exited the school bus. The child and two pickup truck occupants suffered life-threatening injuries and were airlifted to hospitals, while another occupant was taken by ambulance.
