School bus crash injures 3 in Lorain County.
An intersection in Carlisle Township has reopened after a recent collision involving a school bus and a Buick. The Ohio State Highway Patrol responded to reports of the crash at Parsons Road and State Route 301. The incident occurred when the Buick driver ran a stop sign and was struck by the school bus. Fortunately, no students were on board the overturned bus, which only had a driver and an aide present. The Buick driver sustained serious injuries and was hospitalized, while those in the school bus, both wearing seatbelts, suffered non-life-threatening injuries. The school district superintendent, Zach Weagley, provided a statement regarding the incident.
