Rescue of 3 individuals from boating incident in Old Saybrook
Three individuals were saved following a boating incident in Old Saybrook on Friday, per the fire department. At 8:43 p.m., authorities were alerted to a boating mishap by the breakwater in the Connecticut River. Thankfully, a nearby private boat managed to pull the three individuals from the water. They were then taken to the fire department for assessment, with no injuries mentioned.
