Preliminary Findings of Fatal Plane Crash

The NTSB has issued an initial report on a fatal plane crash near Lancaster Airport in July. Dr. Musaddiq Nazeeri, the sole occupant of the aircraft, tragically crashed a Piper PA-46 into a cornfield shortly after takeoff. Although the plane had no mechanical issues and pre-flight checks were conducted, it suddenly pitched down before the crash, with no explanation provided in the report. The crash resulted in Nazeeri's death, while no ground injuries were reported. The impact caused an 11-foot-long, six-foot-wide, and 20-inch-deep crater. In a separate incident, a plane with landing gear problems made an emergency landing at Lancaster Airport a few days before the crash.
