
Power outage and road closure caused by crash in Fresno.
A traffic incident in Fresno caused a power outage for more than 2,000 PG&E customers on Monday afternoon. The crash occurred at the intersection of 11th Street and Teague Avenues, resulting in a power line being knocked out. Although no injuries were reported, the collision disrupted electricity for thousands of customers. The outage initially impacted 2,337 customers but was later reduced to around 200. PG&E anticipates that power will be fully restored by 5:45 p.m. In addition, local supermarkets were seen closing their freezer aisles due to the outage.
