Police name victim in deadly electric scooter accident on Missisquoi Valley Rail Trail
Authorities have identified the man who passed away in a tragic electric scooter accident on the Missisquoi Valley Rail Trail in Enosburgh last week. The victim, 52-year-old David St. Cyr from Enosburgh, was discovered down an embankment along the trail last Thursday morning. Police located an electric scooter near the scene of the incident. The crash occurred in the vicinity of White Road, and further information about the events leading to the accident has not been disclosed.
