One person hospitalized after three-vehicle collision
A crash occurred on U.S. 67 involving a sedan, a semi-trailer truck, and a tractor, resulting in one person sustaining injuries on Monday. The collision, which occurred around 5:33 p.m. near Thomason Road, led to the sedan rolling across the lanes and coming to a stop in a ditch on the opposite side of the road. The Illinois State Police did not provide details on the tractor's involvement in the incident. The driver of the sedan was transported to a nearby hospital, while the northbound lanes were closed for a few hours until approximately 8:43 p.m. for clearing the scene. Names of the individuals involved were not disclosed by the authorities, and as of Wednesday, the condition of the injured driver remained unknown.
