Ohio crash leaves 1 dead, 2 wounded
Yesterday afternoon, a tragic collision in Fulton County, Ohio resulted in the death of a woman and injuries to two others. The incident took place near milepost 13 in Pike Township around 1:40 PM. Holly Rutherford, aged 40, was traveling north on State Route 109 when her vehicle crossed into oncoming traffic, colliding with a concrete truck. Unfortunately, Rutherford lost her life at the scene, while her passenger was hospitalized with serious but non-life-threatening injuries. The concrete truck driver also sustained moderate injuries and was taken to the hospital. Following the accident, Ohio State Highway Patrol closed SR 109 for four hours before reopening it to traffic.
