A fatal motorcycle crash occurred in the early hours of Tuesday near Maple Valley, resulting in one person's death and another person being injured. Deputies were alerted to the crash on 25600 SE 216th Street where they found the motorcycle and two individuals on the road. It is suspected that the motorcycle collided with an animal, possibly a deer, while on 216th Street. One individual passed away at the scene, and the other was taken to Harborview Medical Center, although their current condition is unknown. The roadway was closed for several hours as investigators looked into the incident.
