A tragic incident occurred in Henrico County where a 53-year-old man lost his life in a two-vehicle crash involving a motorcycle. The collision, which took place on a Wednesday morning on Carolina Avenue, led to the death of Bruce Meade. The driver of the other vehicle, 21-year-old Garnique Rodriguez, has been charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI). Rodriguez allegedly crossed into the southbound lane, causing Meade to collide with the vehicle and be fatally injured. The police are conducting an investigation and urge anyone with relevant information to come forward.
