Mayor of Perryopolis accused in DUI hit-and-run incident
The mayor of Perryopolis, Charles Petrosky, is accused of crashing into another vehicle while intoxicated and then leaving the scene. The incident occurred at an intersection on Route 51 and Barneys Road. Witnesses reported that instead of exchanging insurance details, Petrosky drove away. However, the victim managed to capture pictures of his car and license plate, enabling police to locate him at his home. Responding officers found damage on his car and noted his confused state.
