A man in Mobile, Alabama, who was supposed to go to trial for a fatal crash this week, has decided to plead guilty instead. Tracy McClure, the victim's widow, expressed relief that the process is coming to an end, as the man responsible for her husband's death had been walking free for the past couple of years. Michael Henry, the 63-year-old driver involved in the crash that took place on Snow Road in May 2023, was the one facing charges. McClure shared how difficult the situation has been for her family, especially the children and in-laws who were close to her late husband. Additionally, she questioned the outcome of the sentencing, hoping for a just punishment. Henry ended up admitting guilt to a charge of homicide by vehicle, which brings a penalty of 10 years to life. Sentencing for Henry is scheduled for October 15th.
