Man from Verona sustains serious injury in sport bike crash
A severe injury occurred due to a motorcycle crash involving a sport bike. The incident took place on Missouri-K, located four miles east of Mt. Vernon at 9:34 am yesterday. The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported that the rider of a 2024 790 Duke Sport Bike, a 28-year-old man from Verona, had a loss of control and was thrown from the bike, resulting in serious injuries. The injured individual was then transported to a hospital in Aurora, Missouri for medical treatment.
