Man from Boynton Beach challenges 2023 fatal crash conviction

The incident involved Spandau driving at high speed, crossing lanes, and ultimately colliding head-on with a Nissan Rogue. The collision resulted in the death of a passenger in the Nissan, Elizabeth Polo, and severe injuries to the driver, Daniel Polo. Spandau also sustained significant injuries in the crash.
