Man falls into water at Tidal Basin after scooter accident
A man was rescued from the water at the Tidal Basin on Wednesday morning after falling in from a scooter accident. The incident occurred at 8:30 a.m., as reported by authorities. The man was rescued and transported to the hospital with serious injuries. Fortunately, two bystanders who assisted in the rescue were unharmed. The cause of the accident is currently being looked into by authorities.
