Man accused in deadly Norfolk motorcycle crash
A man has been arrested and charged with hit-and-run after a fatal accident involving a motorcycle on Gabriel Drive in Norfolk. The victim, identified as Harvey G. Midgette III, 34, passed away at Sentara Norfolk General Hospital following the crash. Eddie Goodman, 68, was the suspect charged by Norfolk Police detectives and is now in custody at Norfolk City Jail.
