Lawsuit filed for fatal Thomasville collision
In the latest news from Nov. 5, 2025, a new legal case has been brought against the driver of a commercial truck involved in a tragic accident in Clarke County. Horace Brandford Larrimore has recently submitted a lawsuit claiming negligent behavior by the driver, Andrii Dmyterko, who collided with Larrimore's vehicle, causing serious injuries. This incident, which occurred in May, resulted in the unfortunate deaths of two individuals. Previous lawsuits were filed by the families of the deceased victims, Woodie Beck III and Ashley Springer, against Dmyterko earlier in the year. Dmyterko faces charges of vehicular manslaughter and other legal consequences following the fatal crash.
