Investigation underway for deadly Caldwell car crash
A woman, whose identity remains unknown, tragically lost her life in a lone vehicle accident that is now being investigated by the Idaho State Police (ISP). The incident took place on Friday morning at around 8:55 a.m. on Farmway Road in Caldwell. According to a press release from the ISP, the woman was driving a black 1997 Ford Explorer in a northerly direction when she swerved off the road, over-corrected, and ended up rolling her vehicle into a field after crossing into the opposite lane. She was not wearing a seatbelt at the time of the crash and eventually succumbed to the injuries sustained in the rollover.
