Investigation of Fatal Head-On Crash by Kansas Highway Patrol
The Kansas Highway Patrol is looking into a fatal accident that occurred in Cloud County on Wednesday around 5 p.m. The crash took place on eastbound U.S. Highway 24 when a vehicle traveling eastward crossed into the opposite lane, resulting in a head-on collision with another vehicle. As a consequence, one of the vehicles flipped over and hit a guardrail. According to the KHP, an individual not from Kansas lost their life in the incident, while another individual sustained minor injuries and was taken to a hospital in Wichita.
