Investigation into Fatal Collision in Dana Point
The Orange County Sheriff's Department is currently looking into a fatal accident that occurred in Dana Point on Tuesday morning. Authorities were called to the vicinity of Park Lantern and Dana Point Harbor Drive following reports of a collision involving a pedestrian. Upon arrival, they discovered an individual with injuries who was transported to a nearby hospital and unfortunately did not survive, according to OCSD. It was reported that the driver of the vehicle initially left the scene but was apprehended later on. Details regarding the victim have not been disclosed yet.
