Intoxicated driver causes fatal crash with motorcycle, as per reports

A motorcyclist was deliberately killed in a collision in Cumberland County, allegedly by a drunken driver who was chasing him, according to court documents. John Thomas Clark III is facing multiple charges for the incident which took place in Lemoyne Borough on Tuesday morning. The fatal crash occurred at the intersection of South Third Street and Clark Street, where witnesses reported that Clark was pursuing the motorcyclist before crashing into him. The motorcyclist sadly did not survive the collision. After interviewing Clark, he admitted to chasing the motorcyclist because he was angered when he believed the rider had cut him off. Clark confessed to drinking alcohol before the incident, specifically mentioning vodka. Charges against Clark include third-degree murder, homicide by vehicle, driving under the influence, and recklessly endangering another person. The victim, identified as Robert Allen Rustay, 65, was from New Cumberland.
