Interstate 83 Northbound reopens following Friday afternoon collision
A collision caused the closure of the Northbound lanes on Interstate 83 near Strinestown for over an hour on Friday afternoon. The incident occurred just past the Strinestown exit at milepost 29. Traffic was redirected off the highway around 5 p.m., as seen on a 511PA traffic camera. The roadway was cleared and reopened for traffic by 6:30 p.m.
