Injury on Set: Tom Holland Hurt During ‘Spider-Man’ Stunt
Actor Tom Holland suffered an injury while performing a stunt for the upcoming "Spider-Man" film at Leavesden Studios in the U.K. Various sources, including The Sun, Rolling Stone, Deadline, Variety, and Collider, reported that Holland fell and hit his head, potentially resulting in a concussion. He was promptly taken to a hospital but has since been released. It is uncertain whether this will affect the release schedule of the movie, titled "Spider-Man: Brand New Day," which is set to premiere on July 31, 2026. Another individual, likely a stuntwoman, was also hospitalized following the incident. Despite the setback, the cast of the film, which includes Zendaya, Jon Bernthal, Michael Mando, Jacob Batalon, Mark Ruffalo, and J.K. Simmons, continues filming under the direction of Destin Daniel Cretton.
