Injured Rockford Construction Worker Prompts Emergency Response

The worker was operating a crane to remove a metal truss from the building's roof when it fell, puncturing the cabin and trapping him inside. Rescue efforts lasted about an hour, and responders said the situation was potentially life-threatening. The injured worker was transported to a nearby hospital and is reported to be in stable condition.
