IMPD reacts to fatal accident in southwest area
Authorities in Indianapolis are currently looking into a fatal accident that occurred on the southwest side of the city. The incident took place at W. Southport Road and Mann Road and involved a single vehicle. The Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department arrived at the scene around 3:15 a.m. on Friday. As the intersection will be closed for a while for the investigation and cleanup process, motorists are advised to find an alternate route. The IMPD Fatal Crash Investigation Team has been summoned to conduct a thorough examination at the site.
