The victims have been identified as Marisa Ardys Casebolt and Liberty Borg, both 25-year-old residents of Minneapolis. They were driving a Ford sedan when the crash occurred. The suspect, identified as 45-year-old Troy Mike Payton, also known as Edward Tiki Arrington, was driving a stolen Volkswagen and had a history of criminal convictions. The incident began with reports of a person with a gun, which later escalated into a carjacking situation. Despite efforts by the police to track and pursue the suspect, the situation ended tragically with the crash that claimed the lives of the two innocent women.
