Identification of victim in deadly Lynchburg motorcycle accident
The motorcyclist who lost his life in a solo motorcycle accident in Lynchburg on Sunday, August 31 has been identified by Lynchburg Police as Coty John Walshaw, aged 35, from Forest. The tragic incident happened at approximately 8:00 p.m. on Odd Fellows Road. Walshaw was transported to the hospital following the crash and unfortunately passed away. Authorities are still investigating the accident and had previously requested any individuals with video recordings of the crash or events leading up to it to come forward.
