Identification of pedestrian killed in crash in Pleasanton downtown
A 56-year-old woman from Pleasanton was tragically killed on Tuesday evening after being hit by a vehicle at the intersection of Main and Neal streets. The victim, identified as Rowena P. Coronel, passed away after being taken to the hospital. The driver involved in the incident stayed at the scene and is assisting with the investigation. Pleasanton Police Department stated that drugs or alcohol do not seem to have played a role in the crash.
