Identification of Michigan man in deadly crash on Interstate 5
The Kern County Coroner's Office has identified a 75-year-old man from Michigan who passed away on Interstate 5 in June. The man, Kent Trochelman, died on June 2 after his vehicle veered off the southbound I-5 near Highway 46. Officials determined that Trochelman's death was due to natural causes and the incident took place at 6:16 p.m.
