Identification of man who died in industrial accident in Georgetown
Authorities in Georgetown, Kentucky have identified the man who tragically lost his life in an industrial accident at International Crankshaft as Richard Thurmond, a 35-year-old contractor from Elizabethtown. Scott County officials announced the incident on Facebook, mentioning that it occurred during machine maintenance. An update from Coroner Mark Sutton was reported by FOX 56 News on Sunday but International Crankshaft Inc. has not provided a comment as of yet.
