Identification of man killed in forklift incident
A tragic incident occurred on Thursday afternoon at First Line Coatings, resulting in the death of a man identified as Matt Rogers, a 44-year-old from Lake City. According to Erie County Coroner Lyell Cook, the accident happened when Rogers was operating a forklift near a loading dock and it fell over, fatally pinning him underneath. Rogers had been with the company for 25 years, as shared on a GoFundMe page organized by his family.
