Franklin County man accused of driving under the influence in deadly collision
Deputies in Franklin County, Kentucky, were called to the site of a collision on North US-127 on November 12th, where Dennie Stivers, 56, was reported to have crashed into motorcyclist Jeremy Manns. Unfortunately, Manns was taken to Franklin County Hospital by Franklin County EMS but tragically did not survive the crash. Stivers, who allegedly admitted to consuming alcohol before driving, was arrested on charges of DUI and vehicular homicide. He had an arraignment scheduled for the following day.
