First woman appears in double fatal collision
An 80-year-old woman from Wichita, Kansas, appeared in court for the first time in connection with a tragic accident that resulted in the death of a mother and daughter from the same city. Clowie McLaughlin was recently charged with two counts of involuntary manslaughter while under the influence for the passing of A’Niah Bell, 25, and her mother, LaShea Bell, 42.
