Fatality of Lebanese woman in I-44 accident in Pulaski County
A tragic incident occurred in Pulaski County, Missouri, where the Missouri State Highway Patrol confirmed the death of a woman from Lebanon following an accident on I-44. The crash took place on Nov. 18 and involved a collision between a 2012 Dodge Ram Pickup truck and a 2017 Volvo Semitruck at the 150.4 mile marker of eastbound I-44 around 9 p.m. The impact caused the Dodge Ram to veer off the left side of the road and hit a cable barrier, leading to the ejection of the driver. Despite receiving notification of her passing, the driver, a 48-year-old woman, was pronounced dead at the scene. The driver of the semitruck, which sustained moderate damage, did not report any injuries. Notably, this marks the 26th fatality within MSHP Troop I in 2025.
