Fatal Trolley Collision After Hit-and-Run in Barrio Logan: Authorities
A pedestrian was killed by a Trolley in Barrio Logan on Tuesday afternoon after fleeing from a collision at the intersection of Logan Avenue and Sigsbee Street. The San Diego Police Department reported that a Hispanic male, driving a black Acura, ran from the scene of a crash involving his vehicle and a silver Honda. The man was fatally struck by the Trolley as he fled, and his identity has not yet been disclosed. The Honda driver sustained minor injuries, and an investigation is ongoing to understand the events leading up to both accidents.
