Fatal three-car crash in Middletown leaves 2 dead, 1 critical
Two individuals have lost their lives and another is in critical condition following a collision in Middletown, as per the Middletown Division of Police. The incident occurred on Saturday at the intersection of State Route 122 and Dixie Highway, involving three vehicles. Emergency responders rushed to the scene and transported three individuals with life-threatening injuries to Atrium Medical Center. Sadly, one person passed away upon arrival, while the other two were airlifted to Miami Valley Hospital, where one of them succumbed to their injuries. One individual remains in critical condition. The Middletown police, along with the Butler County S.T.A.R.T Team, are conducting a thorough investigation into the crash. Authorities stated that they do not believe that speed or impairment played a role in the accident.
