Fatal three-car collision kills two in Butler County; one person in hospital
Two individuals have lost their lives and another is in critical condition following a serious three-vehicle collision in Butler County. The incident took place on Saturday night at the intersection of S.R. 122 and Dixie Highway. Emergency responders rushed three individuals to Atrium Medical Center with severe injuries, where one person was pronounced dead upon arrival. The other two were airlifted to Miami Valley Hospital, where unfortunately one succumbed to their injuries and the other remains in critical condition. The deceased individuals' identities have not been disclosed yet. Middletown Division of Police and Butler County S.T.A.R.T. Team are actively investigating the crash.
