Fatal rollover crash injures woman in Highlands: FHP
A man from Labelle was unfortunately killed, and a woman was seriously injured in a rollover accident in Highlands County on June 27. The 36-year-old man was driving a pickup truck southbound on U.S. Highway 27, north of Archibold Road, around 5:41 p.m. The truck veered into the median, flipped over, and the driver was thrown from the vehicle and died at the scene. The passenger, a 44-year-old woman from Labelle, sustained serious injuries and was transported to a hospital. The incident is currently being investigated by authorities.
