Fatal motorcycle accident near Ford Claycomo facility
The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported a fatal motorcycle crash and fire near the Ford Claycomo plant early Thursday morning. The incident occurred on U.S. 69 near Grove Street in Claycomo, close to the Ford Kansas City Assembly Plant. According to investigators, a motorcycle traveling east collided with a westbound car turning into a parking spot. The motorcyclist was ejected from the vehicle and unfortunately died at the scene.
