Fatal hit-and-run crash on Camino Media claims life of Bakersfield man
A Bakersfield man tragically passed away following an apparent hit-and-run incident as reported by Bakersfield police. The incident occurred early Sunday morning at the 7900 block of Camino Media, just off Gosford Road. Sgt. Caleb Kaiser mentioned that upon receiving a report at around 8 am, police found an unresponsive adult male on the roadway who was later pronounced dead at the scene. Kaiser noted the presence of physical evidence indicating a collision. The victim, described as a white male in his 40s, does not have any suspect information available at this time.
