Fatal crash on Interstate 84 in Morgan County
A fatal accident occurred in Morgan County, Utah, involving a semi truck and a vehicle on Saturday morning. The crash took place on westbound I-84 near mile marker 103 around 10:30 a.m., as reported by the Utah Highway Patrol. A Jeep Grand Cherokee veered off the road for unknown reasons and hit the back of a semi-truck with an enclosed trailer parked on the shoulder. The Jeep then re-entered the road and was hit by a Chevrolet Silverado. Tragically, one person in the Jeep later passed away from their injuries after being taken to the hospital, while the other occupant and the drivers of the semi-truck and Silverado did not require hospital transport after the incident.
