Fatal crash north of Cassville claims life of 23-year-old woman
In Barry County, Missouri, a tragic incident occurred as reported by the Missouri State Highway Patrol (MSHP). A woman from Cassville lost her life in a single-vehicle accident just one mile north of Cassville on Thursday, September 11. According to the crash report from MSHP, at around 10:45 a.m., a 2003 Chevrolet Avalanche pickup truck veered off the road while traveling west on Farm Road 2150. The truck hit a fence and some trees before overturning. Tragically, the 23-year-old driver was pronounced dead at the scene by the Barry County Coroner. Her next of kin have already been informed of this devastating loss. This marks the 91st fatality in MSHP Troop D for the year 2025.
