Fatal crash in rainstorm claims lives of woman and child in Springdale
A tragic accident in Madison County claimed the lives of a woman from Springdale and a child on Sunday, as reported by the Arkansas State Police. Elida Prado, 36, and a juvenile were in a 2000 Ford traveling south on Highway 45 in Clifty when the driver lost control on a curve, causing the vehicle to overturn. The incident occurred at 7:11 p.m. during rainy weather conditions. Fortunately, no other injuries were reported in the crash summary.
